ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNSÂ
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date only if:

•The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
•All original tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable) are included.
•A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEM'SÂ
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
•Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
•Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
•Personalized, custom-made, or clearance items.
•Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or WRONG ITEMSÂ
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
•After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
•Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
ORDER CANCELLATIONSÂ
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
